ХРОНИЧЕСКАЯ ПОСТТРАВМАТИЧЕСКАЯ ГОЛОВНАЯ БОЛЬ

В статье рассматриваются современные представления об этиопатогенезе головной боли, вызванной применением лекарственных средств, приводится существующая классификация этой цефалгии, освещается алгоритм ее диагностики и лечения. Установлено, что хроническая форма посттравматической цефалгии в отличие от других головных болей определяется не по числу болевых дней в месяц, а по продолжительности ее сохранения после травмы. Ведущими факторами патогенеза этой головной боли являются психопатологические изменения и чрезмерное использование анальгетиков. По этой причине эффективное лечение хронической посттравматической цефалгии должно включать мероприятия по предотвращению развития лекарственно-зависимой головной боли и профилактическую терапию с использованием антидепрессантов.
