Abstract

Aim: substantiation of the need to create a system that allows the ship’s doctor to receive timely consultation assistance.

Materials and methods: When developing the technique, the method of diagnosing diseases of the abdominal organs on ships at sea using a computer, proposed by V. F. Ozerov (1984), was used.

Results and discussion: a method of collecting and transferring the patient data to the medical service of the fleet, Clinical Navy Hospital (CNH) of the fleet is proposed. The method allows the consultant to formulate proposals on further treatment strategy by the time of direct communication via videoconference. At the same time, the patient’s personal data remain effectively protected.
