ЦЕЛЬ. Разработать модель прогноза стресс-ассоциированных заболеваний гастроэнтерологического профиля у военнослужащих.

МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ

МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Обследованы 69 мужчин в возрасте 38,2 ± 5 лет. Из них 24 страдают стресс-ассоциированными заболеваниями гастроэнтерологического профиля (САЗ ГЭ), 45 – практически здоровые. Проводилось психофизиологическое, психологическое и физиологическое обследование, оценивались показатели эффективности прохождения службы.

РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ

РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. В группе военнослужащих, имеющих заболевания желудочно-кишечного тракта (ЖКТ), статистически значимо меньше (42 %) лиц с хорошим резервом, но больше (58 %) лиц с удовлетворительным резервом сердечно-сосудистой системы, чем в группе практически здоровых. Кроме того, в группе военнослужащих с САЗ ГЭ одинаково часто встречаются хороший и удовлетворительный резервы сердечно-сосудистой системы, а также в равной степени выявлены три типа регуляции централизации сердечно-сосудистой системы. Среди военнослужащих с заболеваниями ЖКТ преобладают лица со слабым типом нервной системы, этот же тип нервной системы являлся доминирующим внутри изученной группы (р = 0,02). Установлено, что группу с заболеваниями ЖКТ отличает достоверно более частая (25 %) встречаемость лиц с удовлетворительным уровнем нервно-психической устойчивости и меньшая (8 %) –  у лиц с высоким уровнем. Из данных об успешности профессиональной деятельности видно, что в группе больных ЖКТ статистически значимо меньше (42 %) лиц с высоким и больше (58 %) – со средним уровнем успешности профессиональной деятельности.

ОБСУЖДЕНИЕ

ОБСУЖДЕНИЕ. Полученные результаты согласуются с данными других ученых. Разработанная модель прогноза развития САЗ ГЭ у военнослужащих содержит показатели физиологического, психофизиологического и психологического уровня. Это указывает на комплексное влияние биопсихосоциальных факторов на развитие заболеваний гастроэнтерологического профиля.

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Разработанную модель прогноза развития САЗ ГЭ целесообразно применять в мероприятиях медико-психологического сопровождения военнослужащих. При выявлении риска развития САЗ ГЭ необходимо проведение профилактических мероприятий.

OBJECTIVE

OBJECTIVE. Develop a model for predicting stress-associated diseases of gastroenterological profile in servicemen.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

MATERIALS AND METHODS. 69 men aged 38.2 ± 5 years were examined. Of them 24 suffered from stress-associated diseases of gastroenterological profile (SAD GE), 45 were practically healthy. Psychophysiologic, psychological and physiologic examination was carried out, the indicators of service performance were evaluated.

RESULTS

RESULTS. In the group of servicemen with gastrointestinal tract (GIT) diseases, there were statistically significantly fewer (42 %) persons with good reserve, but more (58 %) persons with satisfactory cardiovascular system reserve than in the group of practically healthy persons. In addition, good and satisfactory cardiovascular system reserves are equally frequent in the group of servicemen with SAD GE, and three types of cardiovascular system centralization regulation are equally revealed. Among the servicemen with GIT diseases the persons with weak type of nervous system prevail, the same type of nervous system was dominant within the studied group (p = 0,02). It was found that the group with gastrointestinal diseases is distinguished by a significantly higher frequency (25%) of persons with a satisfactory level of neuropsychic stability and a lower (8%) frequency of persons with a high level. The data on the success of professional activity shows that in the group of GIT diseases there are statistically significantly fewer (42 %) persons with high and more (58 %) persons with average level of success of professional activity.

DISCUSSION

DISCUSSION. The obtained results are consistent with the data of other scientists. The developed model of forecasting the development of SAD GE in servicemen contains indicators of physiological, psychophysiological and psychological levels. This indicates a complex influence of biopsychosocial factors on the development of gastroenterological diseases.

CONCLUSION

CONCLUSION. The developed model for predicting the development of SAD GE should be used in the medical and psychological support of servicemen. Preventive measures should be taken when identifying the risk of SAD GE development.
