Определить эффективное организационно-методическое решение для оптимизации оказания медицинской помощи большому числу населения крупного областного города и региона в целом в период пандемии острого вирусного (инфекционного) заболевания путем создания амбулаторно-поликлинического центра.</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Материалом исследования послужили 27 990 случаев оказания амбулаторно-поликлинической помощи в период пандемии острой коронавирусной инфекции населению в государственном бюджетном учреждении здравоохранения «Мурманская городская поликлиника № 1» за период с января 2021 г. по март 2022 г.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. В развернутом впервые в Российской Федерации Амбулаторно-поликлиническом центре для борьбы с пандемией новой коронавирусной инфекции была создана комплексная координация данных амбулаторного приема для использования поликлинических мощностей, аудио-дистанционных методов, современных компьютерных технологий, системы телемедицинских консультаций, работы мобильных медицинских бригад, маршрутизирования, обследования и лечения значительного избыточного числа заболевших с определением четких критериев эвакуации и госпитализации, которые позволили справиться в пандемический период с большим потоком обращений всех категорий граждан.</p></sec><sec><title>ОБСУЖДЕНИЕ</title><p>ОБСУЖДЕНИЕ. Опыт впервые организованного и развернутого нового временного формирования государственного учреждения здравоохранения – Амбулаторно-поликлинического центра – в острый пандемический период позволит использовать его в случае других возможных чрезвычайных ситуаций биолого-социального характера на всех территориях и субъектах Российской Федерации.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. В результате проведенной работы намечены основные направления для совершенствования методических и научных подходов к организации амбулаторно-поликлинического лечения значительного числа заболевших в острый пандемический период инфекционных и вирусных заболеваний на всей территории и во всех климатических зонах страны.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>OBJECTIVE</title><p>OBJECTIVE. To determine an effective organizational and methodological solution to optimize the provision of medical care to a large number of population of a large regional city and the region as a whole during a pandemic of acute viral (infectious) disease by creating an outpatient and polyclinic center.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS. The material of the study was 27990 cases of outpatient and polyclinic care during the pandemic of acute coronavirus infection to the population in the State budgetary health care institution “Murmansk city polyclinic №1” for the period of January 2021 to March 2022.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. The Outpatient and Polyclinic Center deployed for the first time in the Russian Federation to fight the pandemic of acute coronavirus infection created an integrated coordination of outpatient admission data, the use of polyclinic facilities, audio-distance methods, modern computer technologies, a system of telemedicine consultations, the work of mobile medical teams, routing, examination and treatment of a significant excess number of patients during the pandemic period with the definition of clear criteria for evacuation and treatment.</p></sec><sec><title>DISCUSSION</title><p>DISCUSSION. The experience of the first organized and deployed new temporary formation of the state health care institution - Outpatient and Polyclinic Center in the acute pandemic period will allow to use it in case of other possible emergencies of biological and social nature in all territories and subjects of the Russian Federation.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
