Оценить возможности, эффективность и тенденции развития наземных роботизированных платформ для эвакуации, а также выявить факторы, влияющие на их внедрение в систему ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций.</p></sec><sec><title>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ</title><p>МАТЕРИАЛЫ И МЕТОДЫ. Анализ проводили на основе отечественных и зарубежных публикаций, сравнительной оценки ключевых характеристик (тип шасси, грузоподъемность, автономность), а также качественного изучения сценариев применения в реальных условиях или полевых испытаниях. Источники искали по запросам robotic ground vehicles, casualty evacuation, rescue robotics, military medical robotics в базах данных PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science и eLibrary, в результате чего было отобрано 30 релевантных статей, из которых 16 были непосредственно процитированы при написании работы.</p></sec><sec><title>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ</title><p>РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ. Сравнительный обзор показал, что высокую эффективность демонстрируют платформы с модульной конструкцией, улучшенными системами энергопитания и управления, позволяющими снизить риски для эвакуируемого и сократить время эвакуации.</p></sec><sec><title>ОБСУЖДЕНИЕ</title><p>ОБСУЖДЕНИЕ. Анализ выявил необходимость создания единых стандартов связи и управления, а также расширения функционала интегрированных медицинских модулей и систем навигации, что позволит более эффективно подготовить роботизированные комплексы к разнообразным сценариям чрезвычайных ситуаций и обеспечить их стабильную работу в условиях внешних помех.</p></sec><sec><title>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ</title><p>ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ. Наземные роботизированные комплексы обладают значительным потенциалом в повышении оперативности и безопасности спасательных операций, однако требуют дальнейшего совершенствования в части энергоэффективности, интеграции с системами управления в чрезвычайных ситуациях, разработки медицинских модулей и комплексного противодействия внешним факторам.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>OBJECTIVE</title><p>OBJECTIVE. Evaluate the capabilities, effectiveness and development trends of ground-based robotic evacuation platforms, and identify factors affecting their introduction into emergency management systems.</p></sec><sec><title>MATERIALS AND METHODS</title><p>MATERIALS AND METHODS. The analysis was based on Russian and foreign publications, comparative assessment of key characteristics (chassis type, payload, autonomy), as well as qualitative study of application scenarios in real conditions or field tests. Sources were searched using the queries “robotic ground vehicles”, “casualty evacuation”, “rescue robotics”, “military medical robotics” in PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science and eLibrary databases, resulting in the identification of 30 relevant articles, of which 16 were directly cited during the writing of the paper.</p></sec><sec><title>RESULTS</title><p>RESULTS. The comparative review showed that platforms with modular design, improved power and control systems that reduce risks to the evacuee and shorten evacuation times are highly effective.</p></sec><sec><title>DISCUSSION</title><p>DISCUSSION. The analysis has shown the need to create unified communication and control standards, as well as to expand the functionality of integrated medical modules and navigation systems, which will make it possible to prepare robotic complexes more effectively for a variety of emergency scenarios and ensure their stable operation in the face of external interference.</p></sec><sec><title>CONCLUSION</title><p>CONCLUSION.
