Препараты для неспецифической иммунотерапии этой инфекции на основе аминодигидрофталазиндиона натрия (в частности, Тамерон) для этой цели не рассматривались. Этот препарат обладает иммуномодуляторными свойствами, а его применение не сопровождается побочными эффектами. Тамерон может стать потенциальным комплексным препаратом для лечения коронавирусной инфекции COVID-19 и его применение особенно актуально в условиях замкнутых помещений на кораблях и судах военного и гражданского флотов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Coronavirus infection has caused a global pandemic with high mortality rates among the population of different countries. Drugs for non-specific immunotherapy of this infection based on sodium aminodihydrophthalazinedione (in particular, Tameron) were not considered for this purpose. It has immunomodulatory properties, and its use is not accompanied by side effects.
